Sanyo Z5 not rectangle image problem

Standard Member

ive swiched on my z5 today after not using it for a couple of weeks.

when the projector has started up, i notice that the usual nice rectanglular shape of the projected image is no more.

obviously, the black bars on the top and the bottom of the image are parallel and the same distance.

the top left hand corner is dropped slightly.
the bottom left hand corner is raised slightly.

i have checked:-

correct flat mount
reset projector
zommed in and out with lens
rolled lens shift all the way left and right
rolled lens shift all the way up and down.

the image is as though i need to do a left to right keysone as opposed to an up or down.

projector works fine, the image is just mis aligned now
the bottom of the image is flat, its as if the rectanlgle has slopped over to one side.

the last picture shows the slant, but the bottom of the image is level and flat

That happens when the projector moves slightly to the right, is it on a mount? In any event move the projector slightly to the left, as in rotate to the left, and see if that resolves.
