Hi, I bought an HD2 in Hong Kong back in March. It is a PAL model, but records 30fps!

Can anyone who's bought one of those £350 ish ebay imports confirm if they record at 30fps? The reason is I want to buy another one to make a 3D rig but it must match framerate!

For those who were asking, I can confirm that the camera works fine with HC and non HC cards up to 8g I have tried various brands with no problems.

The macro is very good, even better with the wide adapter which splits apart into super macro/wide.

An example of HD2 low light (torchlight) footage is here

Edited natively as mpeg4 in final cut pro. It's easy to set up a project/timeline as mpeg4 720p.

The footage looked pretty good, though I'm squeamish about hornets...

Torchlight as it is directed can be pretty good, so I'm not sure if this is really "low light" though.
