Samsung's Dead/Stuck pixel policy

    Hi,

    Does anybody know what Samsung's dead or stuck (not quite sure which it is as you can't see it on a blue background) pixel policy is.

    I have a dot - dead centre of the screen which i noticed on the first day. It's more annoying than anything else but will Samsung do anything about just one, even my receipt says that pixels can drop out over time.

    Anybody had any experience with Samsung?

    If anyone can tell me the answer to this, I'd be grateful. I have a lovely new Samsung 32" LCD TV but have spotted two dead pixels on it. Very rarely do either of them show up, especially at once. One only shows up on blue, the other only on tan/brown.

    I can live with it, but I'd like to get it swapped if at all possible.

    This is Samsung's policy....

    "Since 2001 we have adhered to the ISO 13406-2 Industry Standard. If you require any further information on this Standard please refer to www.iso.org"

    You have to pay to look at this standard !!!!

    Not much help... a cop out I think ;)
