Samsung x XBOX360 x screen tearing x firmware

I have a Samsung model LN32A550P3RXZD bought here in Brazil and I've experiencing problems with the "screen tearing" when playing some XBOX360 games. I've already tried changing resolution and cables, none of them solved it.

I've read in this forum that there are firmware upgrades for the Samsung series 5 that solve the "screen tearing" issue but I couldn't upgrade my TV with the firmware updates I've found here. The "upgrade firmware" option could only be found in the hidden menu.

My firmware versions are:
T-PRLPEUS-1001.0
T-PRLMSAM-1003.1
EDID: L12_1920_1080 (I've no idea what's this about)

I'd like to know where I can find firmware upgrades for my country's TVs and how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Screen tearing is more down to lazy programming than your TV.

For an updated firmware I sugest a look at Samsung.com

Alex thanks for the reply. The main problem is that my TV's model is LN32A550P3RXZD and I could only find the firmware upgrade for the P3F model at samsung's site.

Any other source avaible for firmware updates?
