Any replies would be gratefully appreciated

I am getting more and more unsure what TV to buy the more stuff I read.

I dont have a massive budget, which makes it even harder.

Found this model on empire direct and just wondering what people thought of it, or of Samsung's on the whole?

    Thanks

I can't answer your question...but what I can tell you is that I'm expecting delivery tomorrow of my first ever w/s TV. I'm a long-term, diehard Sony fan when it comes to TVs but that is pre-digital, really.

After reading here so of so many problems with 100Hz sets, I was put off, as ultimately I just want a TV that works, gives a nice picture and is trouble-free. (Don't we all?) So I've settled for 50Hz in the form of the Sony KV28HX15 which is a brand new model, looks very nice. It's not an IDTV but I don't need that as we have cable anyway.

It's so new that there are no reviews anywhere. So mine may be the first! I'll report back to this forum when I get a chance - next 2 days or so. Maybe this is of some help...who knows. Good luck with your choice, anyway.
