samsung warranty mobilephones

Hi firstly let me say 'this is a great forum' & my first post

I am totally disgusted by samsung recently- i sent a mobilephone under warranty to authorised samsung repairs & its been over a month- whats going on?

Has anyone else gone through this hell? I for one will not be buying samsung products again!

sorry for bumping my own post...what!! no one has / is having problems with samsung repair warranty?? so whats all the backlog of handset repairs they keep fobbing me off with? someone give me some advice, please, whats my legal standing on this?

well i think you should visit at the production department with your voucher & tell him everything what you faced up to now my cosin is in india he do the same thing but he has the nokia hand set i hope it will worked here
