Samsung UN55LS03N keeps restarting. No service help

Please help. I have searched everywhere. I am (was a Samsung fan). I bought 10 of these 55 inch Frame TV’s for gifts when they were on sale for family. Over year and a half I passed them out. My poor elderly mother is sheltered in with Covid restrictions and her only TV keeps turning on and off. I have read it could be the fibre cable, the hub, etc. We restarted everything , reset hub, turned off anynet, turned off power save mode but it only helps for a day or 2.

i have samsung fridge, washer dryer, stove, and again TEN TV’S PURCHASED and Samsung service reply was SORRY, OUT OF WARRANTY. I paid $20,000 for 10 TV’s in Canada here and that is my reply? So sorry it took me over a year to gift them out. They could see they were never registered or used before. Now what? Where do i get a fibre cable? A hub? I have a $2000 paper weight now.

please help , anyone, Samsung wont....
