My Smart hub disappeared after installing the SEK 3500. Cannot access or display hub apps. All Samsung access is greyed out in all menus. When I run the Smart Hub test, everything checks OK accept the last, which is downloading apps. I get an error. I have reset several times. My TV connects to the network on both wired and WIFI. Because the terms and conditions, Samsung account and auto start are greyed out, I cannot register . Samsung has had me do a multitude of tests, changes and procedures, but nothing changes. I sure would appreciate some help.
