Question Samsung UE55KS8000 clouding

Hi,

Before I contact Samsung I just wanted clarification that the pictures attached are still classed as clouding and if anyone else had had this, particularly on 4k content please?

That's not clouding , it's banding and can happen depending on the source material , what were you watching ?
 
Whats it like head on and in cinema mode with no adjustments?

In places its heavily artifacted (whats the source?) and it looks like the screen has been pressed very very hard to get that colour wash.
 
looks like the settings are wrong... surely the brightness is too high?...what settings are you using?

Hi, not at home so cant test until next week. Sources were plex for Suicide squad streamed through wired internet and Amazon app streamed in the same way for Grand Tour.

Some of the colours (particularly with black background) on the Grand Tour episode were superb, its these bits that caught my eye,
