May have missed it but what source type and connection format did you use to test 4K material?

In this case I had some 4K demo material that Samsung provided on a USB hard drive, plus some 4K content on YouTube.

So does the TV play the 4K content on Youtube via the Youtube app then? I thought it wouldn't have the processing power to decode it , my PC won't play those smoothly and it's no slouch

It was via the YouTube app but you're right, it wasn't ideal and that's the problem with 4K - no content.

Hi, I was going to buy the Samsung UE55F8000, but the store said they could no longer order this model and they offered/adviced me the UE55F9000 for the same price. So I'm thinking of buying this F9000. Do you have any advice?
    thank you for your response.

I think the F9000 is a great TV and was, in my opinion, the best 4K TV realised last year, so if you can pick one up at a good price I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the TV, but it has to be delivered. So I'm waiting anxiously.
