Samsung UE40JU6400 LED 4K TV picture and sound out sync, can anyone help?

Hi Team,

I recently purchased a Samsung UE40JU6400 LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and am having real problems with the picture and sound being out of sync. I view TV via a sky HD box, the problem is more apparent when viewing Hd channels (especially movies). BBC etc. Not too bad, albeit not perfect. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

There is an adustable audio delay setting within the Sky box audio menu.

Thanks JayCee, I did notice that.

The issue with the picture is still there. The imagines appear to be running too fast, motion is not smooth and almost jumps when there is movement on the screen. Watching action films/sport almost impossible.

Any ideas?

Have you tried turning off all motion handling modes/settings as usually advised on here?
