    Hi, Looking for a TV For my Parents, They have Sky HD And enjoy Sport [Mainly Tennis, Football and Golf] so looking for a decent picture, Not bothered about 3D, is the Panasonic worth the extra for size and price ? or would the Samsung / LG do a decent job, Thanks :thumbsup:

    SAMSUNG UE40ES5500 is £489.95 with free 5 Year warrenty.
    LG 42LS570T £479.95
    PANASONIC VIERA TXL42E5B is £539.95

    Sorry can't help with those two sets though plasma will be better for sports due to better motion handling, also closer PQ wise to CRT, The Panasonic UT50 is a good buy. 3D is a feature most if not all decent 1080p sets have now, if they only want HD ready there's the Panasonic X50.
