Samsung Tab S5e memory problem??

Hi. Just bought an S5e, 64 GB of memory, for my wife. She installed Facebook and now when trying to install one more app it says that the memory is full (8GB). Going to Settings - Device care - Storage - Advanced I can see all those 64GB and how it's used.
What's wrong with it, why I can't install more apps? Thank you.

I have contacted Samsung customer service, and at their recomandation, after the factory reset, my problem was solved. Now I can use all the 64 GB of memory to install multiple apps.
