    Hi there,
I am new to this forum and have just ordered the Samsung, which I expect within the next week or so.
I need some help on what else I would need to get the best from the system.

At the moment - all that will be going into the TV are a Sky+ box and a PS2.
Do I need to buy a HDMI cable or will a scart do? Is there any other bits I will need?? If anyone can share their experiences with the same set that that would be great also.

Any help will be appreciated on helping me get the best out of the system.

    Thanks in advance!

    Carl

try and get the hd 945 dvd player by samsung it comes with all leads .video and sound are via hdmi.at 162 from digi-uk it's good value. to use hdmi with it you need to access the players menu and set the resolution to 1080.the results are blinding.
