Thanks for that!! Do you have any lipsync issues? Does the set have SPDIF IN/OUT connections to connect amp, or does it not suffer from these issues like the SAGEM?

Most definately I'd buy this TV again and again and again! It is simply the closest thing to perfection i've seen  Infact I wish I could rollback time to before I bought the Toshiba and buy the Samsung instead as even at £2500 it is well worth every penny plus i'd have saved myself the £300 I lost returning the Tosh!! Oh and I'd have bought from costco too :smashin:

I've just been reading yet another thread debating the merits of the Toshiba and I noticed a few people commeting about it and DLP/rear projection in general not being suitable for normal TV watching - well the samsung is perfect for both normal day to day TV and movies and it can turn the most mundane TV movie or drama into a cinematic experience - it is sublime at times. Also my analogue feed has never ever looked so good as it does on the Samsung at 50" Normal digital TV - even Eastenders and Holby City are completely watchable and the skin tones are so real! No noise - no artifacts - no blurrying - absolutely fabulous

Don't get me started on my HD850 upscaling DVD's to 720p via HDMI...

    Cheers
    A Very :) KableMan

    Thanks guys,

I am in a bit of a dilema - I have a Sagem HD-d45 at the moment with a slight fault. I have the option of having a new Sagem delivered or pay the small difference and get the Samsung instead. Only problm is that the Sagem 45 they are offering comes with a 5 year warranty and only 12 months with the samsung. Oh what to do ????????
