I am having a PC built.
I am going to use it as a HTPC.
This will be attached to my SP50.
I do not have a DVI compatable monitor.

So my question is; when the PC is delivered if the resolution that is active is not supported by the SP50 will I see anything on the TV?

If not how will I modify the resolution without being able to see the screen?

Should I ask the company that is building the PC to set the resolution to a certain value? If so what?

    Thanks!

Hey DLPmaybe - check out this thread too as it specifically talks about setting up the SP50 with DVI/HDMI.

I only have a VGA Monitor and I was able to use powerstrip (and even without it to a certain extent) to get a display on the Samsung. If you don't have a monitor at all the sp50 will support all the standard resolutions 800x600, 1024x768 as well as 1280x720 so you shouldn't have any problems

    Cheers
