I know this is a strange question, but the kids have been at the control and managed to flip the tv picture entirely upside-down. Looked at the manual and even spoken to Samsung Cust Service who tell me there is no such setting!

Have an engineer on the way, but any ideas in the meantime?

Ta,

Ed.

In the service menu, in the 10. DDP1011 section, select V-Flip.

The Service Menu on these TVs is accessed by pressing INFO - MENU - MUTE - POWER in quick succession when the TV is in standby. Use at your own risk!!

And then put the little ones up for adoption ...

If they're getting into 4-key sequence hidden service menus it does not bode well for the lifespan of your remote controls, they must have given it a good bash to pull that off, and probably not the first time either :nono:

 Thanks Guys.

After a slightly sprained neck and eyes I managed to flip the picture back both horizontally and vertically!

How they managed it I'll never know.

:smashin: :smashin: :smashin:
