My SP46L3Hxx has just developed a fault.

When you try and switch it on, it continues to goes through what appears to be the normal power/warm up cycle. I get no picture/sound, and can hear it starting/stopping the colour wheel continually.

Anyone else had this problem before or is it time to call an engineer.

BTW If I call and engineer, is it better to go through the place I brought it or just call Samsung direct?

    Thanks

    Vigalent,

You probably have a defective lamp ballast - its a known problem on this model - you should definitely call for service.
