Samsung SP46 & bulb

I've got a Samsung SP46 and I've noticed that the screen seems to be dirty from the inside?? You can really see it when viewing a picture of the sky and white cloudy backgrounds.

I was wondering if the bulb needed to be cleaned?

Any opinions on how to do this without messing my tv up?

Don't touch the bulb yourself, If you've just got it get on to the supplier for a replacement/refund.
