Got an absolute tonne of Home Automation kit below, all works together on the SmartThings app. Had a pretty awesome setup where if some came in the front door, my Sonos kit would say 'Alarm trigger, you have 30 seconds to de-activate' and all my philips hue lights would blink. Then if it was triggered it would say 'The police have been notified'. It would also trigger the cameras to take pictures and let me know. Really awesome kit, very powerful and flexible. I've got online order invoices for 2 x kits if anyone needs to see receipts. For the remote and sirens I have invoices as I bought them from Amazon. All prices are plus postage and packaging - and assume everything comes without box (as they're useless boxes), although if it's important to you I'll see if I can dig them out. All items were purchased December 2015. I can provide command strips that you can cut to shape yourself to mount the different bits. 1 x SmartThings v2.0 Hub 2 x SmartThings Motion Sensors 2 x Presence Sensors 2 x SmartThings Plugs 2 x SmartThings Multi Sensor (contact and vibration) 1 x Aeotec Minimote (works with Smartthings to trigger actions) This is an awesome remote that can be used to trigger actions or 'routines' I had it as a hidden trigger to turn the lights on/off and to enable/disable the burglar alarm (Aeotec Minimote remote control (White) DSA03202W-ZWEU - Z-Wave: Amazon.co.uk: DIY & Tools) 2 x EverSpring SE812 Indoor Siren Again, works with SmartThings, can be triggered to alarm when a burglar is detected. Incredibly hard to get hold of and work really well. (Everspring SE812 Indoor Siren - EU: Amazon.co.uk: Toys & Games) Only want to sell as a bundle at the moment. I'd do the lot for £250 + p&p.
