Youtube app won't work on my Samsung Smart TV. Model number: UE46F7000
After it opens any the Youtube logo appears as usual. But after that loads the next message says "Unknown error". I can move left to open Guide but it says "Sorry, the rest of this Guide isn't available right now." After that I can't do anything but click Exit.
I have updated my TV to the latest firmware 1128.
Youtube app is the latest version (1.10115) which I already tried to uninstall and then install and run a few times with same results.
My other apps like Vimeo work perfectly.
Moving my screen from Apps to Multimedia with Youtube thumbnails videos opens them without problem.
I tried waiting a few days but with no luck.
Also tried connecting tv both wired and wireless.
Tried setting IP settings from automatic to manual DNS server setting to 8.8.8.8. or 8.8.4.4.
Problem occurred when I tried signing in to Youtube with my usual account. Signing in was unsuccessful and this is when the "Unknown error" first appeared.
Please help.
Thank you.
