I have just moved my ps3 from downstairs to the bedroom, now connecting it to my samsung 26" r88. it only has 1 hdmi input which i have used to connect the ps3.
however, when i switch to the sammys hdmi input, all i get is a blank screen with a box in the middle saying "mode not supported". any ideas please!

You need to reset the PS3's resolution setting. This used to happen to me when I was games testing at Sega and swapped screens sometimes with the same machine.

I can't remember what resets it but its probably holding the power button in or something like that. Get your other cables, get it working in standard definition, then switch to lowest HD res and work your way up.

    P.S. Arsenal are the best.
