Installing TVs is my job. The Q9F series is causing me headaches.
The tv is having issues recognizing sources. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. This is on setup. Once it finally recognizes the correct sources it works only to screw it all up later on. That's when I get a call "my new expensive Samsung is screwed up AGAIN"
I've tried all my tricks.
I've installed the 75" and the 65" both with a marantz amplifier. I've tried going directly into the tv or amp or both. I get problems either way.
Called Samsung and they didn't even know the Q9F models, talking heads that don't know anything. They state "no known problems" bull$&@$
Does anyone have any issues related to sources? Or a fix?
