Samsung Q90T connectivity issue with xfinity streaming beta app

Hello - I am new to this forum. I am having problems getting the xfinity streaming beta app to work on our Samsung Q90T TV. It shows me on my phone screen that the install was successful but I always get the Error TVAPP-00100 message on the TV screen The xfinity streaming beta app works fine on our other older TV (non Samsung) and all other apps on the Q90T TV (Netflix etc) work fine. I have tried to troubleshoot this multiple times with the Samsung support team but none of their recommended fixes have solved the issue. I was wondering if anyone out there is experiencing a similar issue and appreciate any advice.
