Hello everyone,

I have just become owner of a 65" Q85R and I'm quite amazed as my old TV was 10 years old. Everything fine for now except I am having problem when playing 4k files in MTS format which are very big in size (~75GB).

Files are played from external HDD drive, however, don't think problem is USB 2.0 throughput. Are you also suffering this issue? Any tips? Could this be codec related? In case it may help, let me share some codec information export from Mediainfo for one of the movies I am having problems with:
