Hi There am new to here but hoping someone can help me i have a Samsung PS42C96 and a sort while ago the sound stopped working. The problem is that when you try to adjust the volume the headphone symbol is present on the volume bar but if you plug headphones in there is still no sound present i have been informed that this is a known fault that is correctable in the engineers service menus but the source of that information was unable to provide me with the actual solution. Was hoping that someone on here may know or have had this issue in the past and have the solution Thanks in advance
