    Hi,

Took delivery of the above yesterday (including stand, but no tuner or speakers). I ordered it on Sunday, so I think that's great service; basically three working days from order to deilivery.

Did a test for dead/stuck pixels and there are none, so pleased about that.

Adjusted the contrast/brightness from the factory defaults which were pretty high, but still getting some artifacts (mainly solarisation), which I will comment more on once I've hooked up my HTPC (so far only tested with DVD through XBox and Sky, both via RGB). I'll also run through the AVIA disk, and the THX bit on Monsters Inc. and see if that helps.

Overall very pleased so far :)

    Regards,

    Nick W.

    Hi,

£2302.70 including Desktop Stand, VAT and delivery. They delivered it themselves, and the box had absolutly no external damage.

    Regards,

    Nick.

Congratulations. I dream of a 3 day delivery after waiting over 6 weeks for my pioneer from ED.

    Enjoy.

I think the 'long term' strategy is too hold out until you swap for something that's 'in stock' - plenty of MXE stock has come and gone in the last week never mind the last six weeks!

    Best regards

    Joe
