I believe DNIE is the name of Samsung's processing, and you probably can't turn it on/off. All TVs provide some kind of digital information nowadays so I wouldn't expect this one to be any different.
Companies such as Philips sometimes market processing under different names ie. Pixel Plus/Perfect Pixel wheras others use different generational versions (Sony and Panasonic). Samsung seem to downplay this attribute of their TVs, but some of their features are generally well received.
