I have a Samsung Plasma PS-42P2S for more then a year now. I am satisfied with the screen, but I have one anoying problem. Some television shows are broadcasted in widescreen or 16:9 with black bars above and below. However the zoom levels (zoom1 and zoom2) are not correct. It zooms in to much, missing some parts of the scene.

Is this normal? Has this something to do with the available pixels and PAL? Are the zoomlevels adjustable? Is there a hidden service menu?

I hope someone can give me some info on this!

    Thanks,
    Joris
