Samsung Odyssey S28AG70 + Xbox Series X

I bought this monitor yesterday. This is my first Samsung-monitor and have couple of questions.

1. I play mostly on Xbox Series X. Which one is right PC mode or AV mode?
2. What kind of picture settings you use? (Brightness, contrast, sharpness, color)?
3. HDR on or off (if on dynamic or standard)?
4. Local dimming (off, auto, or on)?
5. Is there a removable plastic film on the screen?

I know every panel is different, but I need something to start with. Thank you!
