hi there, any help please, why do i have to set country, area , and local area every time i switch tv on.

hi there, yes everything tuned and this issue just started for about two weeks now, if i don't put in areas after a few seconds it goes to bbc1 on its own( annoying)

Turn off the auto guide updates.

The TV can automatically update the free-view guide, etc whilst in standby; but doing this triggers that message. If you turn off the auto updates then the message will go away.

It just means if any new channels launch, you will have to manually trigger a new channel scan to find them and add them to the guide.
