Samsung NC10 - can i use my old laptop ram?

Hey There,

My laptop died last weekend, and i'm not going to get another gaming laptop this time, so opted for a fat PC and a netbook...

The laptop (an ASUS G1) had this Ram = 2048MB DDR2-667MHz

Is that the same/right ram to upgrade the netbook?

Have a play with www.crucial.com/uk from the netbook and let it run the System Scanner Tool - that'll give you the best indication on what RAM your machine can handle.

I think there are very few laptops that can handle generic ram. most are proprietory, or use a specific pc board.
