Hi there, I purchased a new Samsung N4300 TV (80cm (32) N4300 Smart HD TV | Samsung Support India)

I am able to connect WiFi using a hotspot. However, I am unable to connect the WiFi to a more secure WiFi. I get the message: Install certificate.

How would you suggest that I connect to this network?

You probably can't connect to a network that requires a certificate. Make sure you connect to a network that uses a non-certificate form of authentication such as WPA personal or WPA2 personal.

Samsung may be able to help if there is some way to install a certificate if that's what the network requires and you have no alternative, but I doubt it.

Thanks for the reply. I pulled the .cer certificate file (radius) corresponding to this network from my MacBook and put it in a pen drive. I then connected the pen drive to the TV. While the Installation screen on the TV is now looking for files on the pen drive, it doesn't show the .cer ones. Maybe it needs some other type of certificate files? Any suggestions?
