Question Samsung Magician - am I in a GDPR country if I'm in the UK and about to leave/left the EU?

Hello fellow tech enthusiasts. I am completely new to this forum, so I apologise if I do something wrong.

So, I did a clean install on my PC and I am reinstalling some software. I went to set up Samsung Magician and I get asked if I am in a GDPR country. Since I am in the UK, do I press no, or do I still press yes since we are still in the transition period?

Looking forward to your responses,
Thanks!

You click 'Yes' because GDPR applies in the UK and will continue to do so, irrespective of EU status.

EU regulations are implemented through the laws of the member states, so leaving the EU doesn't change any already implemented legislation.
