Hey

Im waiting on the M86 Samsung, the 40" model. I just have a question to ask, should i expect this TV to produce better HD images than Sony's W2000?

Thanks

Im hoping so, I just ordered mine today!

Just ordered from dixons for delivery on 14th April. (could have had earlier delivery but dont want to ake day off work)
£1299 on site, but used code to get £50 off that, free delivery.
Have seen it cheaper, but wanted saturday deivery etc.

hi purrick
did you get your M86, what do you think?
im in the same dilemma, have to chose between the w2000 and M86

I got this T.V yesterday from Costco for £998 with a 3 year gaurantee, the T.V is fantastic, its the best lcd i have ever come across.

hi phil
i went through this review this morning..still not sure, which one to chose

Sony 46W2000 or the M86, I would like to go for a 46"

tks

If it has no clouds, sure :smashin:

According to hdtvtest.co.uk, it does have clouds (at least their test set did). However, they could set the settings so this wasnt an issue.

It will be interesting to see if this set has the same problems as the Sony LCD's given the common panel manufacture. Only time will tell.
