Just passed through the local Currys to see if they were stocking any of the LCD's I'm interested in (they weren't), and came across this model and it's 26" little brother.

As it's a store where they're currently displaying LCD's & plasma's in their own aisles with nothing backing on, I was able to check out the connections. The 26" has DVI, VGA & 2 SCARTS (might have had composite in & an S-Video plug as well but as I'm not interested in those I didn't take note).

More interestingly (for me), the 32" version has HDMI, DVI, 1 set of component inputs, 2 SCARTS (1 definitely RGB as it's labelled as such... the other was just labeled "AV" so I'm assuming it doesn't have RGB) - and might have had a composite and S-Video plug as well (again, as with the 26", not really interested in these so didn't check).

Price for the 32" was £2400 take a penny.

According to the specs for the 26" (see link above) it's 1280x768 with a claimed <16ms response time, so I think it's reasonable to assume that the 32" will be at least that (or bearing in mind it's more advanced connection options maybe it'll also be a true 16:9 ratio screen...). For some reason there aren't any spec's on Samsung's UK site for the 32" yet.

The Samsung link you gave mentions a D-sub - not DVI...

...I've been looking at getting one myself but most of the LCD's that say they are PC compatable(sp?) have D-Sub's..

Uh, it also says "Digital Interface (DVI-HDCP)" so you should be OK with that so long as your graphics card has a DVI output.

The DVI on the LW32A23 works very well with my NVIDIA graphics card.
£2400 seems a bit high. I thought they were going for less and 2k now.
