Samsung LE46A656 - Standby led and buttons not working

My standby led when the TV is turned off doesnt work, the touch buttons also don't work.

Does anybody heard of this problem? Is there perhaps a way to enable/disable this?

I read about something similar on the F86 thread a while back. I think the poster called Samsung and a Technician came out and fixed it quickly. If I remember rightly, a lead or something had become disconnected and it was an easy fix.
