I am needing some help around best way to connect everything up with this TV. I used to 'very long' Samsung thread to get settings - That part is fine!

At the moment I have no aerial in the property, so all channels come through my Sky+ Boxset.

What I am wanting to know is the best way to connect eveything to get the best possible picture quailt... BTW, I am a complete idiot when it comes to this stuff!

At the moment Sky+ to TV via normal standard scart lead, and 360 to TV via component leads.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, anyone recommend a decent sound system for it?

I think your current set up is best you can get. Unless you upgrade to SKY HD or get an Xbox with HDMI connections. If you dont want to get a new Xbox then you can buy a VGA cable instead as that may give a better picture than current connection but as your LCD does not do full 1080p res then you may not notice much difference.

Are you happy with the PQ at the moment?

Overall PQ is good. Sometimes do get White wavey lines in the background
