Samsung le40r7 fault-(sky +)

i purchased a samsung le40r7 from currys in febuary.
i had it replaced 3 times as it was faulty.
it flashed black and white and the sound would go intermitedly while watching sky +.
when i had 28 days to return the tv i was told i was not allowed as i had already replaced 3 tvs. i was told that it would have to be checked by a engineer at the store.
as they did not have sky connected i could not prove the fault.
i then assumed it was sky+.
only recently their was a thread talking about a guy who had the same tv and sky.he connected a portable tv to see if their was a problem and their wasnt.i tried this and also my portable tv didnt have a problem while the samsung did.
is their any way i could still get a refund as i have heard about the sales of good act. if i can get a refund using the sales of goods act could someone tell me how and where to get the sales of good acts information from.:lease:
