Hi, any experts out there that may be able to help please.
I bought the above TV last March, did not take extended warranty as assumed TV would not have anything wrong with it in 3 years!
Recently when we turn the TV on the picture is blurred with like wavey lines going horizontally across it. We either turn the TV off a few times and it goes od the picture just seems to straighten itself out. This has done it all inputs, Sky, PS3, Freeview and Terestal TV.
Rang Samsung and they said that I would have to pay £105 for a call out and repair but if the fault needed new parts then I would have to pay more on top of the £105!
If anyone knows this to be a common fault can they respond please and I will go back to Samsung to seek a free repair.
