Samsung LE37R88BD - Occasional flashing white blobs?

Anyone else ever get this?

Occasionally several white blobs appear and flash for a few seconds before dissappearing. This usually happens on DTV channel when there is an expanse of white surrounding small areas of darker colours. The white blobs will flash in the darker areas for a few seconds.

If you're from England, then the best example I can give is during Channel 4's broadcasting logo between programmes, white blobs usually appear briefly in the darker areas between the white sections that make up the logo.

Kinda hard to describe. Someone might have noticed something similar perhaps though?
