Samsung LE37M87BDX, does this have a 1920x1080 or 1280x768 panel?

    Samsung web site says 1920x1080

John Lewis web site says 1280x768, however I saw the TV in the Southampton store today and it was displayed with 1920x1080 as the spec. It was hooked upto a Samsung blu-ray player along side the 1280x768 LE37R, and the picture didn't look any more detailed than the LE37R.

An AV shop in Chichester displays it as 1280x768.

It doesn't have the huge 1080P sticker in the top left like the LE40M.

1080p doesn't look that much better than 720p. The difference is tiny. Its weird really eh, considering its 1.5x the resolution.

Obviously you don't have a 1080p display. Given how cheap they have become, its immaterial how much better they are,

The M series manual says that the 37" has max res of 1920x1080.

Although I thought that the 37" did not have the super clear panel that 40"+ come fitted with, or was that the R series?
