Hi, hoping someone can help me here.
Im setting up a 37" samsung LE37A456C2D all im getting is a picture that resembles a pastel painting. the sound quality is perfect. heres what ive done
first set up was to run the auto set up program on the tv through the coaxial connection form the wall straight to the tv. this worked in picking up the 5 terrestrial channels but no digital channels were found and the picture as i say resembled what i can only describe as a pastel painting.
second set up was to connect the tv to the scart connection from a freeview box, coaxial connection to the freeview box. again i ran the auto set up and it has found alot of channels and again sound is fine but picture is as above.
must admit im a complete novice on this but our last tv worked ok with the connectors and connections im using for this new tv.
any help much apprechiated!
