Hey guys,

I'm in the market to buy a flat panel LCD for around £400.

I've been into the shop and it seems 32" is a nice size.

The two i've found are:

Hyundai Imagequest E320D
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/119320

Samsung LE32S81
http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/571144/art/samsung/le32s81-16-9-lcd-televisi.html#

I'm not too clued in to LCD's so any help and advice would be most welcome. I'd be mainly using it for TV/DVD and hooking up to laptop/PC.

Also any comments about the sites. I've bought off ebuyer many times and never had a problem but i've heard nasty reviews. Also pixmania i've never used before. Can i trust i'm getting what it says?

So let me know what you think or maybe some other models i've overlooked.

Many Thanks,

Russell

Take the Samsung

I've got the E320D and it's a good telly.

However, the Samsung has a much better spec i.e. 2 x HDMI ports as opposed to 1 x HDMI, and a contrast ratio of 7000:1 against the E320D's 1200:1 (higher contrast ratio will give you deeper blacks and a less artificial picture).

One minor point though, doesn't look like the Samsung has built in Freeview whereas the Hyundai does.

Can anyone confirm?
