Samsung LE32R88BD or Samsung LE32R87BD

Hi guys,

Which TV is better out of the Samsung LE32R88BD or the Samsung LE32R87BD. Are these good TVs to buy?

They're identical specification wise. Asthetically they differ slightly with the R88 being sold through DSG only.

Thanks for the reply i have been to currys and seen the R88 in there and been to John Lewis to see the R87. I like the R88 more but is it a good TV for playstation 3 and freeview?

Depends on your budget to be honest. If you had £800 in a shoe box then you'd probably be better off getting one of the 1080P sets but for it's price the 32" Sammy is very hard to beat.

I've got the LE32R71WX and SKY HD and the 360 look amazing on it.

The max i can spend is £500 and that is a push. As alot of playstation 3 games dont support 1080p yet i dont think i need a FULL HD TV yet. You got any pictures of your TV with the Xbox 360 on it?

I haven't unfortunately. It wasn't my 360 (a mate lent me his for a while) so I can't take any photo's either.
