Samsung LE32R74BD, is it the best for its price range and should I wait for 1080p?

I am thinking of getting a LE32R74BD,

I dont know whether to wait for the sales or true HD.

Also I would be after a 5 year warranty or 3 year from Costco (£622), whats the best prices with a long warranty?

I am thinking of waiting til just after christmas and getting a bargain ~£500 from JL or Costco.

Thanks

Peter

At 32" then 1080p not really important.

For image quality now the more expensive SAMSUNG LE32N73BD has a much better picture.

After 3 years if it fails that is just the excuse you will need to go buy an SED TV!

Thanks for the reply,

The tele will be used for freeview (its built in isn't it!?) and a 360 (ofcourse!!)

I am waiting until I can get a 32" for ~£500.

Thanks

Peter
