Samsung LE32R71B - Problem with scalling :(

Whem I'm playing games (ps2) or watching DVD's, often I get this black borderline, so I don't get to use the full screen of my tv. Even if I change it to zoom or whatever, I can't get it to go away...
It doesn't happen to every game that I play, so my question is,
can it be solved, or is it "the game, or dvd's fault"?

Thanks in advance!

I blame the PS2. U can adjust the PS2 screen so its got equal borders on both sides usually. Happens on GT4 when i play it but doesnt bother me.
Nothings perfect, jus get used to it!
