Samsung LE32R41BDX not working properly. Advice needed.

Received my Samsung LE32R41BDX TV from Waratah about 2 weeks ago.
Funally got round to tuning in the Freeview, discovered it won't display the Freeview menu to let me tune it in.

Spoke to Samsung, them seemed to think it's faulty and said they would arrange to pick it up & repair it. I told them to hold off until I've spoken to Waratah, which will be Monday.

What are my options? Should I let Samsung take it?
What could Waratah do?
What are my rights?
It's only 2 weeks old and has no dead pixels.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

From what others have said Waratah seem to be okay about these things.
Within 28 days go straight back to the place you purchased it from,you should be able to get a replacement or refund.

Spoke to Waratah, the TV is only 12 days old. They offered a swap when they receive some stock. I also won't be without a TV, they'll give me a new one when they pick up.
I can't fault this company's customer service. It's the best I have encountered. I'll definately be buying from them again.
