I'm still hunting for the best LCD/TV I can get for my money, and just wanted to get a general opinion on whether this offering from Samsung is the best?

Budget was £1200 Max, but I'm willing to increase that to £1300 in order to keep this screen in the running.

    1366x768 Res
    DVI-HDCP

My concern however is the HTPC. Can anyone confirm this is 1:1 for sure?

The main use of this screen will be for PC gaming. If not this screen can anyone suggest a screen in the same price break that will fit my needs? Only other devices I have are the Sky box & my PS2.

Also sorry for the extra question, but why do most screen say DSub for PC input? Is the DVI not supposed to be used for PC input on LCD TV's then?

hi - did you ever get an answer to this or did you end up buying the Samsung ? I'm now also looking at this and would be interested in your feedback.

the R41 does 1:1 mapping using 1360 across (3 pixels either side not used)
