samsung lcd tv

bought a new samsung 26" lcd tv 2 weeks ago. plugged my laptop in to it to watch something after a couple of hours,the top of the screen went black the bottom half was perfect. unplugged my laptop and it still did the same on normal tv .switched it off came back to it an hour or so later and tv is back to normal with perfect picture ! does anyone know what happened or is the tv faulty .the laptop was right next to the tv .:lease:help :)

Thank you for replying .:hiya:is it the tv thats faulty or was it the laptop causing interference ?or is this a fault with samsung tv`s ?

thank you. its gone again the full screen now with black and grey vertical lines .is it a samsung problem ?should we get a replacement samung or go for another make ?

You could go for the Sony 26V4000, and it will provide better image quality without a doubt.

However, some are known to have low-tone smearing issue. For example, when you play 60p FPS games such as COD, the dark areas may appear smeared.
